Clay dances to the tune you love to hum,

Clay grows into the person you finally become"

New To Blue

New To Blue was founded by Caeley, who was previously a Waldorf Primary School Teacher. Caeley's transition from teaching to pottery was driven by a desire to find a creative outlet and balance her new role as a mother. Her studio, reflects her commitment to fostering a community where creativity can flourish. The studio is not just a place to learn the technical aspects of pottery but also a hub for exchanging ideas and building connections with others who share a love for the craft.

In the beginner classes, participants can expect to learn the fundamentals of pottery, including techniques such as wheel throwing and hand building. These classes are designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of their previous experience with clay. The once-off monthly workshops offer a more intensive dive into specific techniques or projects, providing an opportunity for participants to expand their skills and creativity further.

For those looking to celebrate special occasions or team-building events, New To Blue offers private sessions that can be customized to fit the group's interests and needs. Caeley's passion for pottery and teaching is evident in the welcoming atmosphere she has cultivated, making New To Blue a cherished space for both newcomers and seasoned potters alike.
