Term 3 Handbuilding Classes

Join us for a 10-week term of creativity, learning and making at New To Blue Studio. Running from the week of 20 July to 26 September, our handbuilding pottery classes are designed for anyone wanting to explore clay in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Whether you're a complete beginner or have experience with ceramics, you'll learn a range of handbuilding techniques including pinch pots, coiling and slab building while creating your own functional and decorative pieces. Our classes encourage creativity, experimentation and developing your own style, with plenty of individual guidance along the way.

All clay, glazes, firing and use of studio tools are included, so you can simply arrive ready to create. Over the course of the term, you'll build your skills, connect with a welcoming community of makers, and leave with a collection of handmade ceramics to enjoy for years to come.
