Caeley Goosen

Caeley founded New To Blue after transitioning from a career as a Waldorf primary school teacher to pursue her passion for ceramics. She oversees the day-to-day running of the business, manages bookings and studio operations, creates handmade ceramic collections, and hosts private classes and workshops. Her vision is to build a welcoming creative community where people can slow down, connect and experience the joy of making with their hands.

Sarah Brassington


Sarah is the Lead Teacher and Studio Manager at New To Blue. With a background in primary education and a lifelong love of creativity, she brings warmth, patience and encouragement to every class. Having grown from student to studio assistant and now lead teacher, Sarah is passionate about helping students build confidence and enjoy every step of their ceramics journey.

Irene is the quiet force behind the scenes who helps keep New To Blue running smoothly. From recycling clay and preparing the studio to caring for the plants and keeping the space clean and welcoming, her dedication allows the studio to be a place where creativity can flourish.
